Cancellation Policy

1. Class Booking Cancellations

Members may cancel a booked class session at any time through the Member Portal. The following conditions apply:

• More than 2 hours before the session

  Cancellation is free. The spot is released back to other members.

• Less than 2 hours before the session

  Late cancellations are recorded. Repeated late cancellations (3 or more in a calendar month) may result in a temporary booking suspension.

• No-show

  Members who do not attend a booked session without cancelling are marked as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may affect booking privileges.

2. Membership Cancellation

Members wishing to cancel their membership must provide 30 days written notice via email to info@tmracademy.co.za. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Membership cancellation does not affect any outstanding fees owed to the Academy.

3. Academy-Initiated Cancellations

TMR Tokoza Boxing Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to load shedding, facility maintenance, coach unavailability, or public safety concerns. Members will be notified as soon as possible. No charge is applied for academy-cancelled sessions.

4. Tier 1 (Community Access) Applications

Tier 1 applications may be withdrawn at any time before approval by contacting the Academy. Once approved, the standard membership cancellation policy applies.
